Tenants have an ease of mind as district homes is located in a very close proximity to all our properties hence, we can do inspections immediately after they have been reported. Furthermore, we also provide a 24/7 repair service as we have an emergency service contractor.

In addition, new tenants will also be shown how to deal with their new accommodation appropriately. We show all the tenants on how to use their gas boilers, gas and electric meters and advise them on best practices to keep the property in a good condition.
